Welcome to Ubiquitous Mobile Notary LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services or visiting Ubiquitous Mobile Notary, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure transparency and establish clear expectations for our working relationship.
Service Agreement
We provide professional mobile and remote notary services across New Jersey, New York, and internationally where permitted. Services include—but are not limited to—notarizations, loan signings, apostille facilitation, and document support services.
Each client is responsible for providing accurate, valid identification and ensuring all required signers are present and prepared at the time of the appointment.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at or before the time of service unless previously agreed upon in writing. Certain appointments (e.g., jail notarizations or travel beyond our service zone) must be prepaid in full and may incur additional travel or scheduling fees.
No Refund Policy
All services provided by Ubiquitous Mobile Notary LLC are final and non-refundable.
We understand that not every situation goes exactly as planned. While we stand by the integrity and quality of our work, refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.
Service Correction & Resolution
If there is a legitimate issue with a completed appointment—due to notarial error, document misplacement, or any other verifiable concern—we will evaluate the matter on a case-by-case basis.
When appropriate, we will re-perform the service at no additional charge to rectify the issue and ensure client satisfaction. Reappointments must be scheduled within 10 business days of the original service and are subject to availability.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours of appointment time) may result in a full or partial service fee, at our discretion.
